1. Agreement to Terms

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Products.
• Use our Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

The Products, including their software, design, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Nex Software, Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free, secure, or undetected. Use of our Products is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nex Software, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, account suspensions, bans, or data loss, resulting from the use or inability to use our Products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
